Experience the power of Breathwork to calm your mind and energise your body and nourishing Restorative and Yin yoga to promote deep relaxation and flexibility. Learn Self massage techniques to relieve tension and aid circulation and be guided in meditation to quiet your mind and cultivate inner stillness. Ending the session with herbal tea and vegan sweet treat to leave you feeling truly relaxed.
