Our Reformer Pilates Membership works on a rolling on month basis with automatic renewal. Renewal reminders will be sent out 7 days before your renewal date. If you wish to cancel simply notify the studio 7day in advance of your renewal date. There is no joining fee just a seamless experience to help you stay on track with your wellness goals.
Mat Pilates

One-to-one Reformer Pilates class offers personalised instruction tailored to your fitness level and goals. With private tuition, you receive focused attention, ensuring proper technique, alignment, and progression. The Reformer machine adds resistance, enhancing strength, flexibility, and posture. Benefits include improved muscle tone, injury prevention, and a deeper mind-body connection. Private sessions allow for quicker progress and modifications to suit your unique needs.

Join us for a revitalising morning practice designed to awaken both body and mind. This session blends Hatha Yoga, somatic movements, and Qi Gong techniques, helping you shake off the remnants of sleep and embrace the day with energy and clarity.
Soothe + Restore | Restorative Yoga
This class specialises in creating space for your nervous system to unwind and relax: consistently utilising holistic tools such as guided meditation, yin yoga poses, breath work, sensory engagement and healing touch to support those that feel there could be more moments of waking presence, calm and restoration. Join Cloudi at Wellness at Eight for an hour and a half of slow paced yin yoga and meditation: expect bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, scents and light supportive massage.
Evening Hatha Wind Down | Hatha Yoga

Unwind + Flow | Vinyasa Yoga
A gentle fluid Vinyasa flow that gradually builds heat in the body, with sections that emphasise physical strength to help you tap into your inner resilience and others that ignite a fire within, awakening your personal power. Inviting you to explore each pose and feel how it resonates with your body to determine your body's beautiful capabilities. There will be space for laughter and stillness, inviting moments to slow down, rest and restore.
