Wellness@Eight Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

At Wellness@Eight, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following rescheduling and cancellation guidelines:

Appointment Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• Rescheduling with 24-Hour Notice:
  If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer your original time slot to another client.

• Cancellations with 48-Hour Notice:
  We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice, no cancellation fee will be charged.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
  If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, or fail to attend without prior notice, a 100% charge of the service fee will apply. This ensures that our time and resources are not left unutilized.

Session Packages: For clients who have purchased a package of sessions (e.g., 6-class pass or other bundled services), cancellations must adhere to the same rescheduling and cancellation policy outlined above. All sessions must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of your package.

Payment for Cancellations: Cancellation fees will be charged to your account and processed either as a credit card charge or deducted from any remaining prepaid balance, as applicable.

Punctuality: Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment or class. Late arrivals may result in shortened session times, and no refund or adjustment will be made for the time lost.
