Emma Price | Founder
Wellness@Eight was born from a lifelong passion for fitness, a deep understanding of the transformative power of self-care, and a strong desire to make these benefits accessible to everyone.
A certified Health Coach and Pilates instructor in training Emma’s story is one that many can relate to —struggling to find the right balance between the demands of daily life and the need for self-care. As pressures of work, family, and major life events build up, the impact on our physical and mental health becomes increasingly evident. Taking time for ourselves isn’t just a luxury; it’s a necessity.
Understanding the importance of movement and relaxation to overall wellbeing. Emma’s mission is to create a space that makes these practices accessible supporting health and wellbeing.

Martine Medcraft | Reformer Pilates Instructor
Martine trained as a professional dancer at the prestigious Urdang Academy in London. Where she trained on a full scholarship for 3 years. After working in the performing industry for many years, she decided to train as a barre and Pilates instructor, as she is so passionate about health and fitness and the body. Realising the benefits and advantages to both of these disciplines.
Martine prides herself on giving her clients a knowledgeable and well rounded workout, her dance background helps to make the classes fun with a dynamic flow. She has recently finished her reformer Pilates training and can’t wait to get creative and share this new skill with you all.

Claudia Davi | Yoga Teacher | Luxury Knitwear Creator
Claudia (Cloudi) specialises in creating space for your nervous system to unwind and relax: consistently utilising holistic tools such as guided meditation, yin yoga poses, breath work, sensory engagement and healing touch to support those that feel there could be more moments of waking presence, calm and restoration.
Restorative practices, handmade craftsmanship and a passion for comfort is the foundation of Cloudi and Studio Knoga. We are delighted to be a stockist of Studio Knoga, explore the collection in our retail space.

Jen Hadland | Holistic Massage Therapist
Jen fell in love with the practices and philosophies of Yoga from a young age and became a qualified Yoga Teacher in 2016. From there on Jen has absolutely loved continuously developing her knowledge and abilities to share healing with others through holistic therapies and teachings.
Jen believe that we, as collective humans, find so much of our sense of self and joy of existence through meditative movements; and feels called to help in facilitating this in any way she can. Jen is a licensed Holistic Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist, and holds a deep love of Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra, and has an ever-growing intention to study as much Complementary Therapies as she can in her lifetime.

Laura Higgs-White | Holistic Massage Therapist
Laura has taken a keen interest during her journey in the power of body work and practices Holistic Body Massage therapy along with Traditional Indian Head Massage here at Wellness@Eight.
Laura is trained in traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory & Holistic Therapeutic Massage.

Cara Barton | Pilates Instructor
Movement has always played an important role in Cara’s life — a way to feel strong, grounded, and connected. For her, training to become a Pilates instructor felt like a natural progression; a chance to share her passion for mindful movement and to help others discover what their bodies are truly capable of.
Cara delivers classes that are uplifting, accessible, and thoughtfully challenging, encouraging everyone to move at their own pace while finding enjoyment in the process. Her approach focuses on gradual progression, body awareness, and building strength from the inside out.
Through her teaching, she helps clients improve posture, strengthen muscles, and also experience the deeper benefits — greater balance, confidence, and ease in everyday life.

Michelle Pennington | Pilates Instructor
Michelle has a passion for movment and strong foundtion in functional fitness. Her Pilates career started in 2013 when she became certfified in Pilates mat work through Stott Pilates, the contemporary approach. Michelle added to her expertise in 2021 by becoming certified in Reformer, also Stott.
She also teaches ballet barre and is a Personal Trainer.
As a keen runner with numerous half marathons under her belt, often finishing among the top 3 women, Michelle credits Pilates for helping her stay injury free. Michelle loves a challenge and brings energy, commitment and a love for movement to everything she does.

Moriah has always been passionate about movement, growing up exploring a variety of sports, with gymnastics as her main focus. She fell in love with Pilates as a way to strengthen her body and improve posture and quickly became fascinated by the power and potential of the human body. She thrives on helping people move with confidence, build strength that supports everyday life, and connect more deeply with their bodies through fun, purposeful movement.

With over a decade’s experience working in the Marketing and PR industry, Harriet switched it all up to pursue a career in wellness and fufill her dream of beoming a yoga teacher.
She curates thoughtful and playful yoga flows, encouraging you to move in a way that feels natural to you. Her classes are upbeat, fun, and designed to give you that ultimate yoga high!
