Wellness@Eight was born from a lifelong passion for fitness, a deep understanding of the transformative power of self-care, and a strong desire to make these benefits accessible to everyone.
Our story is one that many can relate to—struggling to find the right balance between the demands of daily life and the need for self-care. As the pressures of work, family, and major life events build up, the impact on our physical and mental health becomes increasingly evident. Taking time for ourselves isn’t just a luxury; it’s a necessity.

Kayla Green | Pilates Instructor | Studio Assistant
Kayla's journey into Pilates began with her extensive background in various sports and weightlifting. Following her diagnosis with MS, she discovered that Pilates offered a transformative approach to rebuilding her strength and mobility. Through this practice, she experienced remarkable benefits, including enhanced flexibility, improved core stability, and a significant boost in overall well-being.
Now a qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor, Kayla passionately advocates for hybrid training, skillfully incorporating Pilates into diverse workout regimens. Her mission is to empower others to unlock their potential and experience the profound impact of Pilates in their own fitness journeys

Rebecca Marr | Reformer Pilates Instructor
Rebecca has alway felt a natural connection to movement and wellbeing she has trained with Polestar Pilates in London which felt aligned with her background in dance.
Rebecca is trained in Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates and the Wundachair. Rebecca is highly attuned to the physical body and focuses on building a strong core, creating optimal alignment and strengthening and lengthening the muscles of the body, whilst maintaining a healthy and holistic mindset for everyday living.
Rebecca has studied with the Yoga Alliance for her 200hr Teacher Training which holds it lineages in Hatha, Classical and Tantra Yoga alongside the ancient holistic elements of Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy.
Rebecca is also a Reiki Master Teacher, and is extremely passionate about holistic health and wellbeing.

Casey Bonner | Reformer Pilates Instructor
Casey founded Tide Pilates in 2020 when it all started with beach pilates. She has always been into fitness and studied Dance at University. She gave the corporate world a go but was always destine to teach. She loves being outside and soaking up the sun, so when she combined that with pilates and she knew she was on the right road.
Pilates has created a purpose in Casey's life. Studying Joseph Pilates and his traditional techniques she has found movement which enhances her physical and mental capabilities.
Through teaching Casey wanted to inspire and encourage as many people as possible to strengthen, lengthen and connect to their bodies and embrace that almighty burn.
Movement lights the fire inside of Casey and she wants to share that feeling with you!

Martine Medcraft | Reformer Pilates Instructor
Martine trained as a professional dancer at the prestigious Urdang Academy in London. Where she trained on a full scholarship for 3 years. After working in the performing industry for many years, she decided to train as a barre and Pilates instructor, as she is so passionate about health and fitness and the body. Realising the benefits and advantages to both of these disciplines.
Martine prides herself on giving her clients a knowledgeable and well rounded workout, her dance background helps to make the classes fun with a dynamic flow. She has recently finished her reformer Pilates training and can’t wait to get creative and share this new skill with you all.

Claudia Davi | Yoga Teacher | Luxury Knitwear Creator
Claudia (Cloudi) specialises in creating space for your nervous system to unwind and relax: consistently utilising holistic tools such as guided meditation, yin yoga poses, breath work, sensory engagement and healing touch to support those that feel there could be more moments of waking presence, calm and restoration.
Restorative practices, handmade craftsmanship and a passion for comfort is the foundation of Cloudi and Studio Knoga. We are delighted to be a stockist of Studio Knoga, explore the collection in our retail space.

Grace Bush | Yoga Teacher
Grace is a physiotherapist and yoga teacher trained in Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Day to day she works in an acute hospital helping people gain back their independence through movement. Grace is deeply passionate about holistic health and wellness, fostering a compassionate, body-mind connection in all her endeavours.
Her relationship with yoga began when she was just 9 years old, and the journey wasn't always linear. Over the years, she has cultivated her practice through an intuitive and organic approach, allowing her body and breath to guide her.
Grace is dedicated to creating a space where individuals can connect with their bodies and minds, exploring the incredible potential of human movement. She believes that movement and exercise are sacred moments of self-ownership; acts of reclaiming time and space for ourselves, whilst reconnecting with our strength, limits, potential and gifting ourselves with self care.
She believes in empowering others to realise their full capabilities and embrace how the body is meant to move. With her profound understanding of movement, Grace’s classes are dynamic, fluid, and focused on helping students feel empowered through every movement and inclusive to all.

Jen Hadland | Holistic Massage Therapist
Jen fell in love with the practices and philosophies of Yoga from a young age and became a qualified Yoga Teacher in 2016. From there on Jen has absolutely loved continuously developing her knowledge and abilities to share healing with others through holistic therapies and teachings.
Jen believe that we, as collective humans, find so much of our sense of self and joy of existence through meditative movements; and feels called to help in facilitating this in any way she can. Jen is a licensed Holistic Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist, and holds a deep love of Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra, and has an ever-growing intention to study as much Complementary Therapies as she can in her lifetime.

Libby Stevenson | Acupuncturist
Liberty has dedicated the past seven years to exploring and practising Eastern medicine, leading to her compassionate and well-rounded approach to health and well-being. She supports individuals of all ages transform challenges into strengths and feel empowered on their journey to optimal health.
Through acupuncture, Liberty works to support the body’s natural physiological processes and restore balance to the nervous system. Her particular specialities include pain (muscular or skeletal), women’s health (such as menstrual health, fertility, and menopause), and emotional well-being.
Liberty’s practice stands apart from modern TCM through her integration of Classical techniques, utilising all five channel systems of the body. Her extensive training includes a BSc in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, a year-long diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture, and an 18-month Classical Apprenticeship, amongst many more CPD courses and clinical trainings.
Liberty also runs wellness workshop and movement classes that incorporate a blend of martial arts, yoga and meditation.
